Please note: We are no longer participate as a CGA sanctioned district. Please refer to the AVDR Rule Book for the current rules and qualifications for year end prizes. We are running 7 events at each show this year. Our club meetings are on the first Tuesday of the month at 7pm in the club house. All AVDR members are welcome.

  • None

New Business:

  • The most recent CGA Board Meeting Minutes are posted on the CGA website. Doug attended and shared some of the highlights such as:
    • There will not be a Spring Classic this year.
    • High Point awards will be given out this year at the State Championship finals. $500 for first place, $250 for second place and $150 for third.
    • There will no apparatus allowed that helps keep you in your saddle (such as Velcro).
    • New CGA rule books have been published. Judges will receive them via mail.
  • We need a volunteer to write an article for the CGA newspaper each month.
  • Orion distributed revised By-Laws and AVDR Rules/Regulations for review. Will follow up at the Next Board Meeting. Thank you Orion. You ROCK!
  • Orion suggested that we consider how we want to advertise AVDRs 80th anniversary in the year 2019. We realize that it will be 3 years from now but we would appreciate all ideas and suggestions.
