New Business:
- The financial report from Andria Witmer, AVDR Treasurer was presented.
- All of the year end awards have arrived and will be ready for the awards banquet.
- The fun rides on the day of the banquet will be the same as last year.
- The cost will remain the same as last year; $3 per ride or $10 for all four rides:
Barrels, Back-Up Barrels, Single Stake +1, Poles Keyhole - The cost for lunch will remain the same as last year at $12 per plate.
- The sign up sheets will be sent out via email, Facebook and the Website.
- The Halloween costume contest will be held at the October 12th show with “Tuff Enough To Wear pink” for the remainder of the day.
- Board meetings will be held on the first Tuesday of every month at 7:00pm.
- Wendy Mesny shared advertising ideas that we may pursue, but will discuss at a later date.
