Old Business
The first AVDR Play Day is tentatively scheduled for Sunday January 27, 2013.
There will be five events….Barrels-Precision Barrels- Back-Up Barrels-Poles Keyhole and Single Stake plus 1. We have three age divisions which will be determined upon the number of participants. The cost will be $20 for the day, (no matter how many of the five events you run) and $2 each for each additional run. High point awards will be given at the end of the day.
You will need to be an AVDR member for this event but not a member of CGA.
New Business
- Jennifer Tiefuhr made a motion on behalf of Kerry Lane who wishes to step down from the duties of Vice President due to work obligations. Kerry will continue to be a member of the Board. Jennifer proposes to assume the duties of Vice President and Doug Verseput to resume the duties of President.
- Sherry Harris seconds the motion.
- Motion goes to vote.
- Board members unanimously vote in favor of the motion.
- Motion passes
