- Treasurer report submitted on behalf of Andria Witmer.
- We discussed the Banquet being held at AVDR on
November 8, 2012November 4, 2012- Jennifer Tiefuhr spoke with Cattle Dogs and they will do the Banquet again. The price will be $14 a plate and the club is going to subsidize the $2 per plate again. So it will only cost $12 a plate
- Doug ordered the tables and chairs
- The events for the day will be Single Stake +1, Barrels, Poles/Keyhole and Back up Barrel. The events will be $3 each or you can run all 4 events for $10.
- The awards for next year were discussed, and we decided to guarantee awards through 6th Place for next year. We hope to be able to do more however we won’t know until we get our budget for the next year awards. Our awards depend on our budget. Our budget depends on how many riders we have. Basic awards will still be in place for all who earn it.
- 1st place award has always been a saddle, next year it was decided that you will get to choose between the saddle or $500. The other awards for placing 2nd thru 6th will be the award, there will be no cash trade in for those awards. We also do not know what those awards will be until we have our budget for next year.
